The 4 Academic Pillars
1 PILLAR I — Medical English & Clinical Communication
Introduction to medical terminology — history, anatomy, physiology, and pathology terminology. Covers clinical communication (patient history, ward rounds, and writing abstracts).
2 PILLAR II — Turkish Healthcare System & Health Policy
Overview of public health policy, the Social Security system, and private hospital frameworks. Includes expert comparative workshops and expert guest lectures.
3 PILLAR III — VITAL Simulation Center & Clinical Skills
Observation of critical emergency response scenarios (BLS, trauma) at one of Turkey's leading sim facilities. Hands-on medical student mock-training.
4 PILLAR IV — Hospital Visits, Workshops & Reflection
Supervised rotations within Emergency Medicine, Surgical specialties, Internal Medicine, and diagnostic imaging departments at LHU Hospital networks.

Document Submission
Upload a copy of your valid passport, student certificate/ID, motivation letter in English, and one photograph.
Conditional Acceptance
Our academic committee reviews your qualifications. Successful candidates receive a Conditional Acceptance letter.
Deposit & Final Invitation
Submit your non-refundable booking deposit to secure your slot and receive your Official Acceptance package for visa processes.

Who Can Apply?
- Senior high school students in their final two years.
- Undergraduate university students globally.
- Passionate about medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, or global public health.
English Proficiency
Fully English-taught. Minimum B2 CEFR equivalent language level. Verified via student credentials, motivation statement evaluations, or certification (IELTS/TOEFL) where applicable.

Earning your credentials at LHU
To qualify for the official Lokman Hekim University Certificate of Participation, signed by the Rector and Programme Directors, students must comply with:

Daily rolls recorded across all laboratory exercises, case studies, and clinical workshops.
